Monroe Residents Can Drop Off Unwanted Prescriptions 24/7

The Monroe Police Department is reminding residents that a prescription drug drop box has been permanently set up in the department’s lobby.

The box is accessible 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Residents who want to dispose of unwanted prescription medication are encouraged to utilize this box at their convenience.

Please make sure bottle tops are closed tightly and any liquid medication is sealed in a Ziploc bag.
