UPDATE: Monroe Fire Departments Help Battle Fire, 3 Injured
Monroe and Stepney Fire Departments assisted in battling the blaze at a Trumbull home.

Update 3:40 p.m.
David Delibro, a spokesman with Trumbull Volunteer Fire Company No.1 Inc. said units worked to extinguish the fire within 20 minutes. Monroe and Stepney Fire Departments responded to assist and Shelton Fire Departments provided station coverage.
Three firefighters were treated for minor injuries and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.

Upate 12:52 p.m.
The Connecticut Post reports that everyone is out of the building safely and the fire is at 15 Sunnycrest Road.

Stepney Engine 102 and Monroe Engine 205 are providing mutual aid for a fire in Trumbull, according to Stepney Fire Company.
The for a structure fire is on Sunnycrest Road.
