Monroe-Trumbull Toastmasters Meeting Tues, June 7th

Monroe-Trumbull Toastmasters invites you to join us as our guest, for free, at one of our upcoming club meetings where you’ll hear prepared and impromptu speakers. It’s an hour of information, inspiration and entertainment all in one. Toastmasters gives members and guests an opportunity to further develop skills in communication and leadership in a collaborative environment. Our club President opens the meeting and introduces the Toastmaster of the Day who, in turn, introduces member meeting roles. Verbal and written communication skills are used to give feedback in speech evaluations. Leadership skills learned include listening, critical thinking, time-management, planning and implementation, facilitation, motivation, mentoring and team building. These skills will help you both personally and professionally. We meet on alternate Tuesdays from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm at BodySmart, Crescent Village, 115 Main Street (Rte. 25) – Unit 11 in Monroe. Entrance and parking are in rear of the building. Our next meeting is Tuesday, June 7th. Subsequent meeting dates are June 21, July 5, July 19 and Aug 2. Click here to visit our website.
