Yoga can offer tremendous benefits for one's body and mind. It builds strength and increases flexibility, boosts confidence and improves focus, promotes weight loss and longevity. It also cultivates self-discipline, improves breath control, achieves balance and corrects posture. Our instructor is Lilia Wills, an experienced Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, graduate of the Lotus Gardens Yoga School, and regular yoga practitioner. Requirements for class: yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable apparel. Try to refrain from eating 1-2 hours before class.
