Webb Mountain Discovery Zone is pleased to announce that online registration is now open for “Summer Discoveries”, an enrichment program for 3, 4 and 5-year olds and their parents/caregivers beginning on Saturday’s in late June and on Tuesday’s in mid-July. This series is complimentary to the very popular Discovery Spring and Discovering Autumn programs and runs in addition to Discovery Zone’s existing school field trips, birthdays, scout programs and special events. Each of these programs supports our goal to introduce nature to children at an early age, so its benefits will last a lifetime.
Each weekly hour long program will feature a story and craft at the Discovery Zone outdoor classroom and a walk along the trails tying in the day’s theme. The seven Saturday classes will begin June 28th and held from 9-10am with an additional class on Saturdays offered at 10:30-11:30am. A weekday class will begin on Tuesday, July 22 and run for five weeks and be held from 9-10am.
