What Should Go Here?

This white building at the corner of Easton and Hattertown roads has been vacant for years. It once housed Swanson's Fish Market and one more recent tenant, Super Duper Weenie. The green out building had been leased by Mason's Farm Market.

Obviously, factors such as local zoning laws will have a say in what goes on the property next, but let's suspend reality for a while. What would you like to see there? Share your ideas in the Comments.
