UNCASVILLE, CT — Pickle enthusiasts will have three days to celebrate all things dill when the Connecticut Pickle Festival returns to Mohegan Sun’s Earth Expo & Convention Center from Aug. 21 to 23.

Organizers say the 2026 festival will be the largest yet, featuring more than 40 vendors and food trucks, unlimited pickle sampling, live entertainment, and a variety of family-friendly attractions.

Visitors can sample pickles throughout the festival’s Pickle Patch and try a range of pickle-themed foods and drinks, including fried pickles, pickle pizza, pickle-topped ice cream and dill pickle kettle corn.

Live country, pop, and rock music will be featured throughout the weekend. Returning attractions include the Pickle Eating Contest, Pickle Juice Challenge, Pickle Olympics, Pickle Wrestling, photo opportunities, and appearances by the festival mascot, Pickle Pablo.

New this year is the Pickle Hoedown, a country-style dance party where attendees can line dance and two-step alongside Pickle Pablo.

Guests 21 and older will also be able to purchase pickle-inspired alcoholic beverages, including pickle cocktails, pickle martinis, pickle shots, and pickle-infused liquor.

Festival organizers are also offering a VIP ticket upgrade. VIP benefits include a swag bag valued at more than $150, access to a private lounge, private cash bar and restrooms, and early entry to vendors, food trucks, and samples before general admission begins.

The Connecticut Pickle Festival has become one of New England’s most popular annual festivals, drawing pickle lovers, food enthusiasts, and families for a weekend of food, entertainment, and activities.

Tickets are on sale now. Additional event details and ticket information are available through the Connecticut Pickle Festival website.
