Dime Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of a new vice president/loan operations manager - Kimberly Misenti and a new corporate officer/financial advisor - John Allard.
Misenti joined the bank on July 16 as vice president, loan operations manager in the newly formed credit administration department. She comes to Dime with 30 years of banking/lending/management experience; most recently as manager of operations and underwriting special programs at CHFA where she developed policies and procedures for origination, processing, underwriting, closing and servicing. Prior to that role, her career was mainly in banking environments with various banks throughout Connecticut. She resides in Portland with her two children.
Allard joined the bank on July 9 as corporate officer, financial advisor with our Dime Investment Services affiliate. He brings almost 30 years of sales, management, and business experience in the investment and insurance industry. Most recently, he held the position of partner/insurance and investment manager at New York Life Insurance Company where he was responsible for recruiting and training new agents as well as furthering development with experienced agents. Prior to New York Life, he was Agency Owner for 10 years at Allstate Insurance Company/The Allard Agency, Inc. in the Griswold area. He resides in Danielson.
