BOLO for Stolen Dirt Bike
The red and white Honda was taken a week ago from the Truex family's shed

Somewhere in Montville is a person with a dirt bike who should know this one very important fact: There’s a 250-pound, 6-foot-tall black belt who is very angry with you.
That angry person would be Jeremy Truex, the rightful owner of the dirt bike.
Earlier this week, Jeremy’s mom Sandy posted this message on the Montville Patch Facebook page:

“Attention Montville neighbors---YOUR HELP IS NEEEDED!!!!! Someone stole our dirtbike out of our shed!!!! If you happen to see or hear of anyone that has ‘acquired’ a dirtbike in the last 3 days or so, or trying to sell one, it is a red & white Honda CRF 100 dirtbike. Please contact the Montville PD at (860) 848-7510 immediately or Inbox me any information or hunches you may have.”
Keith Truex, Jeremy’s dad, is chief of the Chesterfield Fire Department. He says the family was away a week ago when the theft occurred, and that the thief must have known that – probably because Jeremy posted on his Facebook page that they were going off on vacation.

Three cars were parked in the driveway, and the family’s two dogs were in the house (a friend was coming to take care of them), and the dogs were barking so loudly that the police officer who responded to a neighbor’s call said he was afraid they were going to break through the screen.
The thief was after that 6-year-old, low mileage dirt bike in particular, Keith says. To get to the bike, the thief moved a number of other items, and could have stolen any of them.
If you see someone with the bike, or you see the bike itself, please call the Montville Police.
