Breach of Peace, Possession Charges, Crashes
The following arrest information was supplied by Connecticut State Police and Montville Police. It does not indicate convictions.

Feb. 24
At 6:04 p.m., police responded to a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 395, north of Exit 79. Tina Aherarn, 40, of 520 Taylor Hill Road was southbound when, according to the report, she came on traffic caused by another minor accident. She lost control attempting to slow her vehicle and hit the guard rail. She was transported to an unnamed hospital with possible injuries, according to the narrative in the police report. A passenger in her car was unharmed.
At 11:24 .m., police responded to the Microtel on Route 32 and arrested Gregory Williams, 47, of 35 Rogers Ave., Apt. 1, Norwich, and charged him with criminal trespass in the second degree and breach of peace. He was assessed a $1,000 cash bond and given a March 8 court date. The report says Williams refused to leave the hotel after being asked by the staff, was intoxicated and caused a scene.

Feb. 25
At 1:17 p.m., Montville Police arrested Richard A. Hubbert, 46, of 8 Deer Run, Oakdale, and charged him with failure to carry license, driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, and speeding on highway up to 85 mp. He was assessed a $500 bond and given a March 13 court date. The arrest came on Route 32.

Feb. 26
At 6:31 p.m., Montville Police arrested Harold Charles, 47, of 106 Hempstead St., New London, and charged him with breach of peace in the second degree, and threatening in the second degree. He was assessed a $10,000 surety bond and given a Feb. 27 court date. The arrest came on the Old Colchester road in Oakdale. The report says that Charles shoved one person and made threats toward another.
Feb. 28
At 2:34 p.m., Montville Police arrested Zachary Spurges, 22, of 19 Autumn Way, Bozrah, and charged him with two counts of third-degree assault, two counts of second-degree breach of peace, possession of marijuana, misrepresentation of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and second-degree failure to appear. He was assessed a $5,500 bond and give a march 8 court date. The arrest came on Virginia Road in Oakdale, after what the report describes as a physical altercation with two victims.
At 2:38 p.m., police responded to a two-vehicle accident at 269 Route 163 in Montville. Vehicles driven by Clifford Satsuko, 78, of 251 Route 163, and Gina M. Richards, 18, pf 21 Joy Lane, Uncasville, collided. Both vehicles were towed. Satsuko complained of a back injury and refused to go to the hospital. Richards was given an infraction for traveling too fast.
