Charges of Assault, DUI, Evading

Nov. 2
At 5:50 p.m., police arrested Kacy Ludwig, 24, of 4 Maple Ave., Uncasvile, on a warrant for third-degree assault. A $1,500 surety bond was assessed, and a Nov. 17 court date set.

At 9:25 a.m., Montville Police arrested Marie Ducharme, 40, of 30 Tower Ave., Groton, on charges of risk of injury, third-degree assault, threatening and disorderly conduct. She was assessed a $1,500 bond and given a Nov. 7 court date. The arrest came on Route 163, Uncasville.

At 1:02 a.m., police arrested Autum R. Caron, 23, of 111 Merchants Ave., Taftville, and charged her with evading responsibility, driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, restricted turns and failure to grant right of way. She was assessed a $500 nonsurety bond on the DUI charge, and was given a Nov. 22 court date. The arrest came on Route 32 at Woodland Drive.
