Collisions, Charges of Larceny and Threatening
The following arrest information was supplied by Connecticut State Police and Montville Police. It does not indicate convictions.
June 13
At 4:15 p.m., police responded to Interstate 395 southbound at Exit 79A for a two-vehicle collision. A 2003 Peterbilt driven by Magno Alberto Ramos, 34, of 49 Pearl St., Everett, MA, and a 1993 Toyota Corolla driven by Raphael Pham, 63, of 22 Bishop Lane, Groton, collided in the left lane on I-395. Pham complained of dizziness and was transported to Lawrence & Memorial Hospital.
At 10 a.m., Montville Police arrested Amanda L. Long, 27, of 124 Williams St., Oakdale, and charged her with sixth-degree larceny. The report says Long was arrested on the strength of a warrant issued by Norwich Superior Court, regaring a theft of personal property from Shawn Long, Amanda Long’s brother, on May 12. She was assessed a $2,500 surety bond and given a June 23 court date.

At 11:10 a.m., police arrested Mark S. Szawerda, 55, of 24 Cook Drive, Montville, and charged him with threatening in the second degree. The arrest was on a warrant served at Norwich Superior Court, stemming from a June 10 incident.
June 14

At 5:35 p.m., Montville Police arrested Anthony Bozsum, 20, of 60 Fort Shantok Road, Uncasville, and charged him with failure to appear in the first degree, on an active warrant. He was assessed a $1,000 bond and given a June 28 court date. The arrest came at Troop E barrack. He was also arrested on a second failure to appear warrant, in the second degree, assessed a $2,500 bond and given a June 30 court date.
June 15
At 7:48 a.m., Connecticut State Police arrested Kyle D. Langlois, 19, of 3 Roosevelt St., Putnam, and charged him with fugitive arrest without warrant. He was assessed a $50,000 bond and given a June 15 court date. The arrest came on Route 32; the warrant was issued from Rhode Island.
At 10:10 a.m., police arrested John D. Coggeshall, 33, of 844 Raymond Hill Road, Montville, and charged him with fifth-degree larceny. He was assessed a $20,000 cash bond, and given a June 15 court date. The arrest came on a warrant at the Norwich Superior Court.
