The Montville Resident State Trooper and the Montville Police Department are warning citizens about people passing themselves off as utility workers. They could identify themselves as being from the cable, phone or power company. These individuals do not have the proper credentials, the police say, and citizens are asked to call the police at 860-848-7510 if one of these people comes to your home. Do not let them in.
