Shortly before 11 p.m., police, responding to an accident report on Route 163 in Montville, arrested 52-year-old John Mulcahy of Norwich and charged him with driving under while intoxicated.

July 1

Christopher Richardson, 22, of Oakdale was charged by police with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia after a car stop in Route 138 in Griswold.

July 2

Lindsay Wilson, 34, of 3 Crescent St., Uncasville, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.

July 3

Robin Skulczyck, 41, of 6 Ricky Lane, Oakdale was charged with violating an order of protection.

July 4

Wallace Scouish, 50, of 161 Route 32, Uncasville was charged with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with a 911 call and criminal mischief following an alleged domestic dispute.

Justin Buell, 28, of 19 Greystone Drive, Uncasville was charged with driving under the influence following a car stop by state police in North Stonington.

A 1 a.m., two car collision in a Mohegan Sun parking lot led to the arrest of a Springfield, MA woman. Amarylis C. Fennell, 22, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Police said her blood alcohol was “two times the legal limit.”

Montville police charged an East Hartford man with striking his mother during an argument at an Oakdale residence. Jason Love, 31, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was held on a $10,000 cash bond.

July 6

Another Mohegan Sun parking garage accident results in an arrest. Noelfa P. Cadillo, 21, of 63 Dunham St., Norwich was charged with driving under the influence.
