A new twist on fitness for all levels! Yoga teacher Elissa Lappostato, Danielle Spinelli, and Shareen Bernaz from Nirvana Wellness Center and Fitness instructor Ashleigh Kast from One Human Performance will be teaching the ultimate body and mind experience.

About Soft Bones and Team Zoey
Soft Bones Foundation was formed in 2009 to provide information and a community to educate, empower and connect patients living with hypophosphatasia (HPP), their families and caregivers. HPP is a condition that affects healthy development of bones and teeth, making bones softer and more likely to fracture. Cannon Sittig of Mountain Lakes, born April 26th, 2005 is affected by HPP and is in great need of your support.
Team Zoey is a Fundraising team that provides support to the Progeria Foundation. This is a fatal disease that prematurely ages kids many times faster than normal. Zoey Aster Penny is also a local, beautiful, sweet little girl, born September 20th, 2009. She is affected by Progeria and would also love to have your support.
