This Is How Much Exiting Montville Superintendent Will Be Paid

Brian Levesque resigned last month as superintendent.

MONTVILLE, CT — Former Montville Schools Superintendent Brian Levesque will receive a little over $230,000 - not including a year's worth of health care coverage, which the district is also paying - under the terms of his exit agreement, writes The Day.

The payment breakdown works out like this, the district will pay him a full year's salary, which is nearly $195,000, and then a percentage of his accrued sick time, or about $38,000, according to the publication. The Day obtained the information through a Freedom of Information request.

Levesque stepped down last month after charges were dropped against him in connection with the Montville High School fight club scandal.

The district will pay Levesque in two installments, half this month and half in January, and the district will pay his health care costs for all of 2019, minus what his contributions would be if he were still an employee.
