Man Charged In Double Fatal Crash On I-395 In Montville: Police
A Rhode Island man is facing multiple charges related to an accident that killed a Norwich mother and son last fall, according to police.

MONTVILLE, CT — Police have arrested a man in connection with a crash that killed a mother and son on I-395 in September.
Derion Coker, 29, of Pawtucket, RI was taken into custody on an arrest warrant and extradited from Cranston, RI to Troop E in Montville.
Coker was driving a 2014 Volkswagen Passat on Sept. 16 on I-395 northbound when his car crossed into the right shoulder, striking a parked vehicle that hit another car and two people, according to state police.

Jamie Krajewski, 33, of Norwich, and her son, Tyshon Ozzie Harper, 17, of Norwich, were killed in the accident.
Coker was charged with two counts of second-degree manslaughter with a motor vehicle, two counts of evading responsibility with death, operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, and failure to maintain proper lane.

He posted the $200,000 cash or surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Norwich Superior Court on June 13.
