Montville and State Police Logs - Aug. 11 - Aug. 17

Aug. 11

A man police said is homeless in Uncasville was charged with operating while under the influence. It’s unclear what he was operating, but 47-year-old Michael W. Orowson was charged and then released.

Aug. 14

A Willimantic man turned himself in to police at the Montville barracks on two charges of failure to appear. James B. Ferrante, 44, was held on $160,000 bail.

Aug. 16

A physical altercation between a brother and sister, played out in front of a four-year-old child, resulted in the arrest of the 65 Pink Row residents. They were charged with risk of injury to a minor child, third-degree assault and breach of peace. Both Brandon Plemons, 18, and sister Crystal Plemons, 23, were released on $5,000 bail each.
