Montville Police Logs - Jan. 11 - Jan. 18

Jan. 11

At Troop E, Mark R. Shepard, 24, of 40 Chestnut Hill Road, Griswold was charged with first-degree failure to appear.

Following a call for police to respond to a disturbance at 310 Maple Ave., in Uncasville, two were charged with drug and in the case of one, myriad other arrests. Police charged Amy Hogberg, 34, of the Maple Avenue address with possession of a controlled substance and sale of a controlled substance. Police arrived at the location and while searching for a suspect, Robert Piscitello, 32, of 19 Thermos Ave., Norwich, was discovered hiding in an attic. During the search for Piscitello, utilizing a police K-9, authorities allegedly discovered several ounces of marijuana. According to police, Piscitello was charged with attempt to commit a crime, criminal mischief, cruelty to animals, disorderly conduct/threatening, sale/manufacture of a controlled substance, interfering with a police officer, possession of a controlled substance reckless endangerment and threatening. He was held on $25,000 bail.

Joshua D. Drake, 28, of 157 Kimball Road, Lisbon was charged with driving under the influence after a car stop near exit 79a.

Jan. 12

Mark A. Liskens, 47, of 1486 Old Colchester Road, Oakdale was charged with driving under the influence.

Jan. 14

Radames Campos, 65 of Hartford, was found walking along Route 2a and was stopped by police, questioned and it was determined he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
