Municipal Meetings Week Of July 16

The town Economic Development Commission, the Montville Board of Education and the town Parks and Recreation Commission have all cancelled their meetings for this week, slated for July 16, 17 and18th respectively.

So the question then is, just who is meeting?

The Montville Housing Authority is slated to meet Tuesday July 17 at 5 p.m. at Freedom Village, 2 Liberty Road in Oakdale. The agenda includes remarks from both tenants and the public and among other reports and discussions, the generator for Freedom Village will be brought up; it had been discussed and then tabled in December.

The Inland Wetlands Commission will meet at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers in Town Hall on Thursday, July 19. The agenda for the meeting was not posted at press time.
