Uncasville Man Arrested By Feds In Gang Investigation

Eleven men were arrested in New Haven Wednesday for alleged involvement in drug ring

 

Federal authorities arrested 11 people in New Haven, including one from Uncasville, on Wednesday as part of a gang investigation, The Courant reported.

According to the article, Wayne Wright, 27, of Uncasville, is one of the 11 arrested people allegedly involved in a "large-scale crack and cocaine ring."

Citing the U.S. Attorney's Office, the article reported that the arrests were part of an FBI investigation of a gang called the Grape Street Crips.

Eight of the others arrested are from New Haven and two from Westerly, R.I., the article says.
