2 Naugatuck High School Students Charged After Pulling Fire Alarm

Naugatuck police say two female students at the school pulled the alarm deliberately.

Two Naugatuck High School female students were charged after they allegedly pulled the fire alarm at the school on Tuesday morning, police said.

Police said at 7:20 a.m. the School Resource Officer responded to the high school for a fire alarm activation.

Two juvenile females deliberately pulled the fire alarm near the cafeteria, police said.

They were each charged with falsely reporting an incident, first-degree reckless endangerment and breach of peace.

Both students were released to their mothers and are due to appear in juvenile court on Oct. 14.
