2 Naugatuck Men Tried To Break Into Vehicles: Police
Police said they made the arrests after 3 a.m. Monday.

NAUGATUCK, CT — Two Naugatuck men have been arrested for allegedly trying to break into motor vehicles in the Borough, police said.
Police said at 3:16 a.m. on Monday officers responded to North Main Street for a report of two males, William Burns, 20, of George Street and Jordan Millette, 18, of Cliff Street, entering vehicles. The accuseds were found in the area, police said.
During the investigation they were found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe, scale, narcotic grinder, and two large fixed bladed knives, police said. They were issued an infraction for the narcotics violations, police said.

Both Burns and Millette were held in lieu of a $1,000 bond and each charged with carrying a dangerous weapon. Burns is also charged with conspiracy to commit both sixth-degree larceny and third-degree burglary.
Millette is also charged with third-degree burglary and criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny.
