4 Men Arrested in Halloween Assault in Naugatuck That Hospitalized 2 People: Police
Police said the incident occurred in the area of a school and one of the victim's was a juvenile.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A man and a youth were assaulted in the area of Salem School on Halloween evening resulting in the arrest of four Waterbury men, police said.
Police said at 9:23 p.m. on Oct. 31 officers responded to the area of Salem School for an assault. The suspects left prior to police arrival but officers found two male victims on the scene, police said.
An adult male had a laceration to his shoulder and a juvenile male had a laceration to his chin, police said. They were both taken to a hospital.

Police said they identified four suspects and the following were arrested: Hakeem Mitchell, 19, and Sakwon Mitchell, 20, both of Bank Street, David Williams, 21, of North Main Street, and Christopher Gaskins, 25, of North Hoadley.
They were each charged with risk of injury to a child and breach of peace. Gaskins was also charged with first-degree assault and conspiracy to commit first-degree assault. Williams is charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree assault.

Sakwon Mitchell is charged with second-degree assault and conspiracy to commit first-degree assault and Haakeem Mitchell is charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree assault.
They were each given a $100,000 bond.
