Police Charge Naugatuck Woman In Larceny Warrant Case (patch.com) — Naugatuck residents are learning that a 32-year-old borough woman was taken into custody in Ridgefield after Naugatuck police alerted authorities there to an active larceny warrant. She was charged with sixth-degree larceny linked to an earlier incident, then released on bond with a mid-September court date in Danbury.

Naugatuck Animal Control Seeks 'Desperately Needed' Home For Dog (patch.com) — Naugatuck Animal Control is urgently trying to find a permanent home for Raven, a 1.5-year-old shepherd mix who has spent over a year in their care and with a Prospect training facility. Staff say she's highly trained, energetic and loving, and they're seeking an active, experienced local family ready to give her structure and a forever home.
   

3. Naugatuck Home With 'Ample Storage Space' Listed For Sale (patch.com) — House hunters in Naugatuck may want to check out a four-bedroom, two-bath home on Red Robin Road now listed for $410,000. With nearly 1,900 square feet of finished living space and ample storage, the property is pitched as a good fit for growing households or frequent entertainers.
   

4. Fire Breaks Out At Multi-Family Home, 12 Displaced: Naugatuck FD (patch.com) — A weekend fire at a multi-family home on High Street in Naugatuck displaced 12 residents and sent one person to the hospital, according to local fire officials. The blaze was contained to a second-floor apartment but caused smoke and water damage throughout the building, with Naugatuck EMS and neighboring departments assisting and the Red Cross helping those forced from their homes.

Waterbury Symphony Orchestra Announces 2026-27 Season, 'What The World Needs Now' (newtownbee.com) — Local music lovers can catch the Waterbury Symphony Orchestra's new season at CT State Community College's Naugatuck campus on Chase Parkway, featuring MasterWorks and Holiday Pops concerts close to home. The 2026–27 lineup includes Beethoven's "Ode to Joy," a festive holiday pops show, Halloween-themed performances, and intimate chamber concerts across the region, with tickets and subscriptions already on sale.
