ANNOUNCING THE 2026 SUMMER YOUTHSTAGE SEASON!

We’re excited to announce another vibrant summer season featuring five fantastic productions for young performers ages 5 to 20. Join us for a summer filled with creativity, collaboration, and unforgettable theater magic!

Munchkin Musical (Ages 5-7)

Cost: $475

Overall Dates: June 22-27 | Performances: June 27

Pooh’s Parade is a whimsical celebration of friendship, fun, and finding your place in the Hundred Acre Wood. This joyful original production is conceived and directed by Sharon Playhouse Education & Outreach Manager, Sarah Cuoco.
REGISTRATION: Tuesday, January 27 at 11:00 AM

Kids Musical (Ages 8-11)

Cost: $550

Overall Dates: August 10-15 | Performances: August 15

Join Shrek, Fiona, Donkey, and all your favorite characters in a hilarious, heartwarming adventure full of laughs and music. Shrek The Musical, Kids is directed and choreographed by Sarah Cuoco.
REGISTRATION: Thursday, January 29 at 11:00 AM

Kids Play (Ages 9-12)

Cost: $450

Overall Dates: July 13-18 | Performances: July 18

Big Bad turns classic fairy tales upside down, as the notorious Big Bad Wolf goes on trial and every character gets a say. Packed with laughs, surprises, and lessons about friendship and fairness, it’s a smart, fun, and unforgettable story for all ages!
REGISTRATION: Tuesday, February 3 at 11:00 AM

Youth Musical (Ages 11-16)

Cost: $800

Overall Dates: June 29- July 11 | Performances: July 10-11

Follow Matilda, a clever girl with a big imagination, as she takes on tricky grown-ups and transforms her world. Bursting with catchy songs, dazzling dances, and an inspiring story of courage and self-discovery, this musical delights audiences of all ages!
REGISTRATION: Thursday, February 5 at 11:00 AM

Lauchpad Company (Ages 15-20)

Rehearsal/Performance Dates: August 4-23

Stipend: $250 honorarium for participants who are cast in the production.

Auditions: Sign up on our website to audition alongside our MainStage productions.

Set in the rock ’n’ roll 1950s, Zombie Prom delivers nonstop laughs, memorable music, sweet romance, and a playful dose of undead mischief. This Launchpad Company production will be directed by Sam LaFrage and choreographed by Michelle Lemon.

Holiday YouthStage world premiere production of...

Holiday YouthStage (Ages 12-18)

Performances: December 11-20, 2026

When curious Alice tumbles down a rabbit hole into the topsy-turvy world of Wonderland, this imaginative new stage adaptation brings Lewis Carroll’s classic to life in a playful exploration of identity, logic, and the strange magic of growing up. Adapted and Directed by Drew Ledbetter and Andrus Nichols.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration Opens: January 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM for Pooh’s Parade. Each show has its own registration day—be sure to check the schedule!

• Registration is available online only.
• Spots are limited and sales are final—no refunds or exchanges.

Financial Aid: Need-based financial aid covering 50% of tuition is available. Applications open January 16–20, 2026, with notifications sent January 23.
