Naugatuck, CT - This personal message was sent to Naugatuck Public Schools teachers, staff and families on Friday.
Good Afternoon NPS families,
I hope that you and your families are well. This pandemic is challenging and changing us in ways that we will only come to realize as we come to the other side of this. And I do believe that together we will get to the other side...And we will be stronger and more united as a community than ever before.

I want to thank you for your partnership, support, and patience during our shift to distance learning. We are all learning and adjusting as we proceed. Our focus continues to be on health and safety, relationships, and connecting with each and every child. We are expecting a decision in the coming week about the remainder of the school year and will communicate with you as soon as we hear.
I have received clarification that we can revert to the last published calendar prior to the COVID closure. As such, we will have APRIL VACATION from April 13-17th as well as the planned holiday on April 10th. The last day of school is June 11th.
