Argument Over Parking Space Leads To Arrest: Naugatuck Police

Police said they responded to the disturbance on Sunday afternoon.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A man is accused of getting into an argument over a parking space and allegedly kicked the victim's vehicle causing damage, police said.

At 2:20 p.m. on June 25 officers responded to a disturbance, police said. Yousof Kharashgeh, 24, of Union Street in Westfield, was arguing with a resident of an apartment complex over parking, police said.

During the argument the accused kicked the victim's vehicle causing a dent, police said. Kharashgeh is charged with third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace. He was given a court date of July 5 and was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
