Bryan Coney, of Naugatuck, Commits to UConn as Walk-On
Coney is currently a player at Naugatuck High School.

Bryan Coney, the leading receiver at Naugatuck High School has committed to UConn football as a walk-on, the New Haven Register reports.
Coney has been on UConn’s radar since he attended camp there last year.
According to the Register, Coney’s decision was made easier by Coach Bob Diaco’s willingness to give scholarships to hard-working walk-ons.

Coney told the Register he has been a UConn fan since he was a kid and is excited by the opportunity.
The athlete announced the news to his fans on social media.
