Decision Made On Wednesday Classes At Naugatuck Public Schools

An overnight storm swept through Connecticut.

NAUGATUCK, CT — Naugatuck Public Schools will operate under a two-hour delay on Wednesday, Feb. 11, due to icy conditions, district officials announced.

According to the district's Facebook page, buses will run two hours later than usual and school will begin two hours after the normal start time for all schools.

"Please take care and stay safe," district officials wrote on Facebook.

Light snow and ice overnight left slippery road conditions throughout Connecticut, which has led numerous school districts around Connecticut to either issue a delayed opening or closure.
