Farm Agrees To Buy Land From Naugatuck: Report

NAUGATUCK, CT — A 4-acre lot on Great Hill Road has been sold by the Borough to Guardians Farms, LLC for $60,000, the Republican-American reports. The new owners plan to construct a barn on the site to house goats.

The lot had sat vacant in the Naugatuck Industrial park for a long time. The closing is expected in a couple of months.
