George and Gracie the Final Bow-Open April 28 at Seven Angels Theatre

Seven Angels Artistic Director Semina De Laurentis returns to the stage opposite R. Bruce Connelly to reprise their roles.

SEVEN ANGELS THEATRE OFFERS AN ALL NEW GEORGE AND GRACIE COMEDY OPENING ON APRIL 28.

Seven Angels Artistic Director Semina De Laurentis returns to the stage opposite R. Bruce Connelly to reprise their critically-acclaimed turn as America’s most beloved comedy duo in an all-new show! Before Catherine O’Hara and Eugene Levy and Mike Nichols and Elaine May, there was George Burns and Gracie Allen. From vaudeville to radio and television fame, these comedy icons made audiences double over in laughter from the 1920s to the 1950s. In this final installment of the George & Gracie trilogy, Burns & Allen take to the Seven Angels stage one last time before they say their final, “Say goodnight, Gracie.” It’s a world premiere comedy adapted by Semina De Laurentis not to be missed.

George and Gracie: The Final Bow runs April 28-May 14

George and Gracie were one of the most successful comedy teams of all time. George, one of comedy’s best straight men who ever walked the earth, and Gracie, the ditzy lady with her own sense of logic delighted audiences for years on radio and TV. Countless such acts came before them and plenty after them, but few are as memorable as this pair.

Come join George and Gracie, their neighbors Blanche and Harry and other memorable guests as Bruce, Semina and cast pay homage to the comedic idols who influenced and inspired them with their impeccable comic timing and zaniness
