GoFundMe Set Up for Naugatuck Girl
The GoFundMe account is called "Super Sophie's fight against leukemia."

Naugatuck, CT - Pranvera Dauti reached out to Naugatuck Patch about a GoFundMe page set up for Sophie Tzunum, a five year old diagnosed with Standard Acute Lymphobastic Leudemia on January 28, 2020.
"One of Naugatuck families is fighting the big fight. Their 6 year old daughter battled leukemia 2 years ago at age 4. Now, her 5 year old was just diagnosed yesterday with the same type of leukemia. A GoFundMe was started to help the family offset costs. " - Pranvera Dauti, a friend of Sophie's mother May and her family

This beautiful family includes Mike (dad), my very good friend, May (mom), Scarlet (6 year old big sister) and our little warrior Super Sophie. Big sister Scarlet went through leukemia from ages 2-4 and after going through so much at an early age, has been healthy for the past few years. Thanks to our Lord.
As a mom, I can’t imagine going through this with a child, let alone with two... My heart breaks for my friend May and their whole family and I don’t know how else to help them other than to continue to pray and try to lighten the (financial) load for this family with anything you can give.
With any hospital stay comes a lot of expense and time away from work, so please, any little bit helps.
If you don’t personally have the ability to help financially, please share this.
Since the GoFundMe page was set up on Wednesday, $2,357 has been raised of $10,000 goal.
