Good News For Naugatuck Residents As Grand List Grows

The growth means there is additional tax revenue available for Borough leaders.

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” Some good news for Naugatuck residents. The town's grand list grewto $1.73 billion which is an increase of 0.8 percent or about $14 million, according to the Republican-American.

The grand list growth results in about $660,000 in additional tax revenue for Naugatuck, which will help town officials when they craft their budget for next year. Naugatuck's tax rate is currently at 47.25 mills and the proposed budget for next year will be adopted this spring.
