Please be extra vigilant and know that Ion Bank will never contact you to ask you to confirm your account number, card number, token or verification codes, Personal Identification Number (PIN) or password via phone, text, or email.

How to Protect Yourself

• Do not share personal information with anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.
• Verify the caller by hanging up and calling Ion Bank directly at 203.729.4442.
• Report suspicious contact immediately so we can help protect your accounts.
• If you shared your online banking password and you can't reach us during business hours, use the password feature to reset it immediately.
