Kaynor Tech Announces 2015 Teacher of the Year
Kaynor announced on its website that the 2015-2016 Teacher of the Year is awarded posthumously to a beloved music teacher.

Mrs. Donna Finn taught music for over 30 years and the school was privileged to have her as a part of the Kaynor Family for seven years. Donna was the inspirational force behind the creation of the Music Program at Kaynor and as a part of that program created the Kaynor Drum Line and Kaynor Chorus.
Mrs. Finn actively participated in the annual Memorial Day Ceremony, was Class Adviser for several classes, created the Kaynor Olympics, and spearheaded scheduling for both music and art electives. She gave the gift of music to not only her students, but to all of those around her. Unfortunately, Kaynor lost Mrs. Finn on February 16, 2015 after a lengthy battle with cancer. “She never stopped fighting, and we all miss her dearly.”
