NAUGATUCK, CT — An indoor sports complex in Naugatuck? It could happen, local officials say. Mayor Pete Hess told the Republican-American that he is pitched all the time about partnering with a developer to build a multi-sports complex.

The most recent interest came from Arizon Building Systems, the Rep-Am reports. Hess said he'd like a developer to build the stadium at no cost to taxpayers and an average size would be about 75,000-square-feet.

Possible locations include: Andrew Mountain Road and Cotton Hollow Road. A committee will study the issue further.
