Connecticut has an abundance of haunted places, one of them is conveniently located in Naugatuck.

It’s that time of year again; time to get creepy and explore haunted places.
Look no further than the Gunntown Cemetery, one of the oldest cemeteries in the area.
A number of otherworldly phenomena have been reported here, according to Damned Connecticut. People have reported seeing a man carrying a lantern leading horses across the grounds, a little boy playing and even a black dog. The laughter of children is something else you might find here.

Lorraine and the late Ed Warren, famous demonologists, have officially deemed the location haunted. The Warrens have worked on hauntings that have inspired the films Annabelle, The Conjuring, Amityville Horror and many more. Lorraine continues to lecture with her son-in-law.
Damned Connecticut warns visitors to be careful while visiting. While there are no set hours and no “No Trespassing” signs, police regularly patrol the area. If you do decide to visit, be respectful to those buried here.
