In a news release posted to Facebook, police said officers executed both a search-and-seizure and an arrest warrant for Ryan Rowe, 18, at his Naugatuck home around 8 p.m.
According to police, the warrants stemmed from a shooting that occurred early the morning of Aug. 6 at the Cross Street commuter lot in which a 20-year-old man sustained a gunshot injury. The injured man was later taken to a local hospital.
