Man Displays Gun During Road Rage Incident: Naugatuck Police
Police said the accused displayed a gun during a road rage incident this weekend.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck man is accused of displaying a gun during a road-rage incident, police said. On August 12 officers responded to the area of Rubber Avenue at Meadow Street on a report of a road rage incident in which the victim said James Tzenos, 66, of Graham Ridge, displayed a gun, police said.
The complainant obtained a registration plate and officers responded to the address related to the registration and located the operator of the vehicle, police said. The driver advised that he had been involved in a confrontation at the noted location and advised he did have a gun with him, police said.
Tzenos admitted he used the weapon as a deterrent during the exchange but claimed he did not display it, police said. The gun was found on the front passenger seat of the accused's vehicle, police said.

He is charged with risk of injury to a child, breach of peace, first-degree threatening, and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was given a $1,000 bond.
