Man Sold Crack Cocaine In Naugatuck: Police

The accused was released on a $50,000 bond, police said.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Waterbury man is accused of selling crack cocaine in Naugatuck, police said. He was released on a $50,000 bond.

On Nov. 20 at 09:53 a.m. Jason Rivera, 42, of West Street, was arrested on an active arrest warrant.

The warrant was for a narcotic investigation, police said. Based on the investigation it was determined the accused was selling crack cocaine within the Borough of Naugatuck, police said.

He was given a court date of Nov. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. He is charged with multiple counts of possession with intent to sell.
