Narcotics, Larceny Arrests in Police Blotter
Naugatuck police filed the following charges through June 5.

- Andre Batista, 40, of 112 Irving St., Naugatuck, drinking while operating a motor vehicle
- Abou Tshipamba, 21, of 214 Union City Road, Naugatuck, sixth-degree larceny
- Kathy Kloc, 43, of 31 Chambers St., Waterbury, failure to carry proper insurance
- William Greensway, 49, of 117 Lewis Circle, Naugatuck, operating a motor vehicle under a suspended license
- Keith Robertson, 50, of 1202 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, operating a motor vehicle under a suspended license
- Rogen Miller, 25, of 133 South St., Danbury, operating a motor vehicle under a suspended license
- Amber Munley, 21, of 200 N. Main St., Naugatuck, operating a motor vehicle under a suspended license and failure to carry proper insurance
- A juvenile whose name was not released due to his age was arrested for creating a public disturbance last week after he was yelling and swearing at children on Crown St.
- Scott Worcester, 24, of 4210 Avalon Drive, Shelton, criminal violation of a protective order
- Michael Strenk, 37, of 103 Walnut St., Naugatuck, operating a motor vehicle under a suspended license
- Paul Kingsman, 53, of 7 Idlewood Drive, Naugatuck, failure to register a motor vehicle for commercial reasons
- Peter Ricciardi, 47, of 21 Lisa Court, Waterbury, failure to carry proper insurance
- Michael Belden, 22, of 57 Woodard Drive, Bristol, operating a motor vehicle under a suspended license
- Martese Pruden, 23, of 54 Lounsbury St., Naugatuck, disorderly conduct
- Melissa Ramos, 21, of 168 Maple St., Naugatuck, disorderly conduct
- Anthony Jackson, 22, of 32 Walnut Ave., Waterbury, possession of narcotics
- Robert Gladstone, 41, of 1 Chestnut St., Naugatuck, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and failure to respond to an infraction
- Skylar Schoppenhau, 43, of 16 Williams Drive, Prospect, evading responsibility
- Lea Altieri, 30, of 50 Clifford St., Waterbury, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol
- Amanda Singlar, 22, of 1386 Middletown Ave., Northford, breach of peace and fourth-degree criminal mischief
- Colin Smith, 43, of 708 Main St., Watertown, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, illegal possession of narcotics, failure to keep narcotics in original container and possession of a controlled substance
- Police say a juvenile drove a car out of a driveway on Unon City Road in Naugatuck just before 2 a.m. on Sunday and struck a parked car on the opposite side of the street. Police said the boy did not have permission to take the car. Nobody was injured. The boy was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license, unsafe backing and use of a motor vehicle without permission. He was released to his father and is scheduled to appear at Waterbury Juvenile Court on June 8.
