• Amber Munley, 21, of 200 N. Main St., Naugatuck, operating a motor vehicle under a suspended license and failure to carry proper insurance
• A juvenile whose name was not released due to his age was arrested for creating a public disturbance last week after he was yelling and swearing at children on Crown St.

• Colin Smith, 43, of 708 Main St., Watertown, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, illegal possession of narcotics, failure to keep narcotics in original container and possession of a controlled substance
• Police say a juvenile drove a car out of a driveway on Unon City Road in Naugatuck just before 2 a.m. on Sunday and struck a parked car on the opposite side of the street. Police said the boy did not have permission to take the car. Nobody was injured. The boy was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license, unsafe backing and use of a motor vehicle without permission. He was released to his father and is scheduled to appear at Waterbury Juvenile Court on June 8.
