Naugatuck Farmers Market is Back on July 8

Great News for Naugatuck

Naugatuck, CT - On Wednesday, July 8, the Naugatuck Farmers Market begins for the season. The farmers market will return to the beautiful Naugatuck Green at Church and Division Street.

The market will run on Wednesdays from 10:00am until 2:00pm and on Sundays from 9:30 to 1:00pm.

Participating farmers this year include:

Sunset Farm - Naugatuck grown organic produce, eggs, soap & more

Marcucio Farms - Local veggies and fruit

Naugatuck Valley Soup Kitchen - baked goods (raising funds for the Naugatuck Valley Soup Kitchen)

Harvey from the Naugatuck Senior Center will be handing out Nutrition Program Vouchers for those seniors 60 and over. The $3.00 vouchers will be accepted by select farmers. Seniors may contact Harvey at the Naugatuck Senior Center 203-720-7069 for info on Nutrition vouchers.

Please maintain social distancing and be patient as our farmers take extra precautions to keep you safe. No touching of produce will be allowed - farmers will gather items for you.
