As a result, Antongiorgi was fatally struck by the gunfire while ironing in her home, according to Platt. A second person was also wounded as a result of the shooting but later recovered.
According to Platt, evidence showed Robinson planned the shooting and was found criminally liable for murder, both as an accessory and under the Pinkerton theory of liability, which means a person can be held responsible for crimes committed by their co-conspirators.
