**We cannot cancel Halloween. Residents can opt to trick or treat, but our road closures and dedicated police presence in Millville area will be shifting to Saturday 11/2, per community concern. Therefore, the purpose of this post is to inform those that planned to trick or treat on Millville aware of the change. This is to ensure everyone enjoys a safe evening out, regardless of which night they choose to trick or treat.**
HALLOWEEN ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to the weather forecasts and community concern, it has been determined that our Halloween festivities, specifically those on Millville Avenue will now be held Saturday, Nov 2.
NPD will still have a presence and support our residents as they enjoy a belated, and safe Halloween
