Naugatuck Woman Charged Again with Assaulting Child at Daycare Facility
The woman, previously charged with breaking a 3-year-old's arm, is accused of injuring another child at the facility, which has since closed

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck woman was arrested for the second time in a little more than two months on charges that she assaulted a child in her care at a Waterbury daycare facility, according to WTNH News 8.
WTNH reports Adnelly Moipard, 60, was arrested Thursday in connection to a Nov. 4 incident in which Waterbury Police say she assaulted a 5-year-old boy while working at Kids Town Day Care Facility on Wolcott Street. The boy was taken to the hospital for treatment of his injuries, which police said weren’t significant.
Moipard was previously arrested on similar charges in late October after she was accused of dragging a 3-year-old child and breaking the girl’s arm. Police said Moipard was seen on a video dragging the girl by her arm, NBC Connecticut previously reported.
