Southbury, CT -David Edward Camacho, age 28, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday January 30, 2021. He was husband of Lindsey (Vanyo) Camacho.

Born in Waterbury, CT on January 18, 1993, he was son of Fernando Camacho of Southbury and Maria Teixeira of Waterbury. David was a graduate of Pomperaug High School in Southbury and was currently working as foreman and manager at his family business F. Camacho and Sons. His true passion was welding, and he ran his own company as well, Dave's Welding Repair and Fabrication. He loved the outdoors and taking care of all of his farm animals. David was an avid sportsman and enjoyed soccer, basketball and karate.

In addition to his parents, David leaves his maternal grandmother, Virginia Teixeira of Naugatuck; his brother Daniel Camacho and brother in law Chad Sell of Chicago, IL; his uncles Manuel and Domingos Teixeira; his aunts Maria Barbieri, Lucia Teixeira Antunes and her husband Tony; his first cousins, Gaby, Tomas, Jack, Sophia and Tyler; his cousins of Portugal, Marta and Tiago Santos; his lifelong best friends, Tony Goncalves and Eric Carver; and many great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and other close relatives and friends.

A private Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Waterbury, and burial will follow in St. James Cemetery in Naugatuck.
