Fabian “Abuelito” Andrade of Bridgeport, CT, the beloved husband of Gladys del Carmen Andrade passed this week. He was born on February 15, 1947 in Quito, Ecuador to the late Plutarco Andrade and Olga Andrade de Uría.

He is the treasured father of Erika Andrade, Engelbert Fabian Andrade, and Jennifer Andrade Williams and father-in-law to Dawn Lazurek Andrade and James Williams. His legacy continues as adored Grandfather to Thomas Bucci, Elizabeth Bucci, Abigail Andrade, Engelbert Fabian Andrade Jr., Isabella Andrade, Jeremy Williams and Jordan Williams.

He was a gifted jeweler by trade and the owner of Jennifer Jewelers, A. Lewis and Co., and Tifon Jewelers in Waterbury, CT for many years. His hobbies included fishing, boating, woodworking, and spending time with his grandchildren, friends and family. Fabian loved as strongly and passionately as he lived. He enriched the lives of everyone he met.
