Obituary: Stephen J. Torok Dies at Age 47

NAUGATUCK — Mr. Stephen J. Torok, age 47, of 405 May Street, husband of RoseMarie (Soffan) Torok, passed away on Wednesday Sept. 28, 2011 unexpectedly at St. Mary’s Hospital.  He was a devoted husband and father.

Stephen was born in Bridgeport, CT on Nov. 20, 1963 on of Anna Torok of Naugatuck and the late Gabor Torok.  He was a resident of Naugatuck for the past 18 years and he was an employee of Robbins Tesar, Inc. in Bridgeport for more than 20 years.  He enjoyed his trade as an exhibit builder.  He was also a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church.

Besides his wife of 20 years and his mother, he leaves 2 sons, Sean Stoffan and Randy Torok, both of Naugatuck; two brothers, Gabor Torok and Joseph Torok of Naugatuck, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday Oct. 3, 2011 at 7 p.m. at the Naugatuck
