Oxford Woman Accused of Shoplifting at Walmart: Naugatuck Police

Police said loss prevention staff saw the accused concealing items and exiting the store with them.

NAUGATUCK, CT — Police say an Oxford woman is accused of shoplifting items from Walmart on Saturday. Police said at 5 p.m. officers responded to the Walmart at 1100 New Haven Road on a report of a shoplifting incident at the store.

Loss prevention staff advised police that they saw Julie Kulikowski, 33, of Hemlock Trail, conceal items and exit the store without paying for them, police said. She is charged with sixth-degree larceny and released on a $1,000 bond. Her court date is April 26.
